I'm taking care of one 5 year old girl, one 3 years old boy, and a 3 weeks old baby boy.

Estoy cuidando a una niña de 5 años, un niño de 3 años y un bebé recién nacido de 3 semanas.

¿Cuánto tiempo hace que eres aupair?

I'm here from almost 11 months

Estoy aquí desde hace casi 11 meses

¿Recomiendas esta experiencia?

I strongly recommend this experience, because it just changed my life; I'm a better person now, more responsible, more independent, more emotional, more friendly. I met here some of the people that became the most important in my life, my host family in primis. But I think that this experience could be great even u can't find a almost perfect hf as I did; your life is gonna change, anyway, and u will always find new friends from all over the world. 

Recomiendo fuertemente esta experiencia, porqué me cambió la vida; Soy mejor persona ahora, más responsable, más independiente, más emocional, más social. Conocí aquí algunas de las personas que han empezado a ser muy importantes en mi vida, mi host family. Pero creo que esta experiencia puede ser genial aunque no encuentres a la host family perfecta como dije; Tu vida va a cambiar de todas formas y siempre encontrarás nuevos de alrededor del mundo. 

El mejor y peor momento de este año.

I had a lot of best moment during this year, but the most important is when my little baby host kid was born, cause I was just right there, literally; it was so emotional, herding him cry for the first time was such a great experience.

The worst moment isn't coming yet, cause I think is gonna be my goodbye to my hf.

He tenido muchos buenos momentos durante este año, pero creo que el más importante es cuando el bebé nació, porque yo estaba justo ahí, literalmente; fue muy emocionante, oírle llorar por primera vez fue una gran experiencia. El peor momento no ha llegado aún, porque creo que va a ser cuando diga adiós a mi host family.

¿Qué hechas de menos de tu país y qué es lo que más te gusta de USA?

From my country I miss the food and the party (remember? I'm Italian!!) but I really like some of the parental styles here, in USA; the kids are just more independent and they're able to follow the rules (even if those are a little bit weird for me sometimes)

De mi país hecho de menos la comida y la fiesta (recuerdas? Soy Italiana!!) pero realmente me gustan algunos de los estilos paternos de aquí en USA; los niños son más independientes and son capaces de seguir las normas (aunque estas sean un poco raras a veces)

¿Extendiste otro año? ¿Por qué? 

Si estas en tu primer año, te gustaría extender? ¿Por qué?

I'm not gonna extend, just because I feel it's time for me to come back and start a new real life with my boyfriend, which I'm dating with for almost 7 year.

No voy a extender, solo porqué siento que es el momento para volver y empezar una nueva vida real con mi novio, el cuál llevo saliendo con él durante casi 7 años.
